"Yeah I won the lottery...but I still get food stamps"
So here it goes. My thing is, maybe states should require one financial planning seminar before these people pick of the lottery check. I mean for real. Even if the lady netted 500k, there is no way she should still have " bills and need the public assistance." If you plan well, 500k can really put you in a great position. Heck, gimme 50k right about now and I'd "work it."
