Lower Calorie Chili
So they just told this lady that her regular chili with shredded cheese and sour cream was 780 calories...WHAT??? I need to check that out because my chili is always loaded up like that and I love it.
Healthy Substitute: Ground Turkey in place of Ground Beef
Healthy Substitute: Pinto Beans in place of Kidney Beans
*Pinto beans has more fiber(overweight girl's best friend)
Buffalo Chicken Salad
Okay..honestly, Buffalo Chicken tenders/wings are my favorite so I'm kind of shaky on the following suggestion.
Healthy Substitute:Baked Chicken Tenderloins in Panko Crumb breading in place of Fried Chicken Tenderloins...

Gotta try this! The oven baked chicken with breadcrumbs is simply delicious...especially when u hit it with cayenne pepper!
